Reasons for not having children

 Reasons for not having children

Infertility may be a significant issue. There are many couples in our country who don't have children albeit they need to. at the present many treatments are made for this disease and there are many good treatments for it in Bangladesh. Today, Tuesday (February 18, 2015) within the 1949th episode of NTV's Health everyday program, the previous senior consultant of Labaid Fertility Center Dr. MM Mortayez Amin.

Q: what's infertility and where is that the position of women?

Answer: If a few stay together for one year and has sexual activity with none hindrance (protection), then albeit they're doing not have children then we will say that they are affected by an infertility problem.

Q: what's things in Bangladesh and what's the difference between men and ladies in particular?

Answer: Men and ladies are now equally liable for affected by this problem. Out of 100 childless couples, 50 couples have male problems and therefore the remaining 50 couples have female problems. Of these, 12 to fifteen percent are couples who have problems with both. at the present people's awareness has increased, the amount of doctors has increased, technology is improving but still, the matter is increasing day by day in Bangladesh. There are some reasons for this. the most reason is that now quite 6 million people in Bangladesh live outside the country. Of these, 3 million are people that come, stay and leave the country every two years. They came and got married, got married and left again after a while . After an extended time comes a month or two. As I said, a minimum of stick together for a year and check out to possess a baby. that's not the case. It seems that they need no problem. This distance became the matter then.

Question: After checking tons of times, the husband and wife aren't finding any problem but they're not having children. what's the rationale for this?

Answer: within the case of about 10 percent of the people it's seen that there's no problem but still not having children. All countries within the world are tested for such problems. There are almost similar tests. a number of them are caught and a few aren't . a number of these problems are often treated and a few problems can't be treated.

Q: What are the most reasons why women suffer from infertility?

Answer: I even have my very own opinion in this regard. Maybe many of us won't accept my word. That is, a polycystic ovary could also be an element. i feel there's a syndrome called a follicular syndrome, where women are menstruating regularly, everything else is normal, but the egg which will begin as a result of that syndrome isn't beginning and therefore the rate is 25 to 35 percent. Where the share of polycystic ovaries is far lower. therefore the syndrome is often an enormous cause that we might not be noticing. The second is PCO (polycystic ovary) where there are many cysts that become cysts and hatch into eggs. many of us lose our ability to conceive when the cyst doesn't burst and therefore the egg doesn't begin. Another big reason is that the uterus, where the baby is growing or growing, has two tubes on either side of it that we call the phenomena tube. This phenomenon tube ends near the ovary. Eggs from the ovary inherit the phenomena tube. There the sperm goes and fertilizes. repeatedly this phenomenon tube closes and therefore the main cause is infection. Girls are more susceptible to infections and lots of them don't treat it properly. that's why the tube is closed. And as a result, the egg cannot come and therefore the sperm cannot go. This results in infertility problems.

Q: Does the age of girls have any effect on this problem?

Answer: the women lay one egg monthly. it's said that after 35 years, this ability of girls decreases. But i might say this problem starts after 32 years. Let's mention a statistic from which you'll easily understand how the standard of eggs is said to age. About 1 in 600 children of 35-year-old mothers will have mongolism, a genetic disorder. This disease isn't good. If the mother is 36 years old, there's an opportunity of mongolism in one out of 400 people, if the mother is 40 years old, mongolism is one in every 200 people, and if the age is 42, one out of each 100 children will have mongolism. And if the age is quite 42, then one in every 50 children will have mongolism. And within the case of those who don't have children, the speed of fertilization decreases first after the age of 35, the speed of implantation decreases, i.e. the quantity of embryo deposited within the uterus after five-six days decreases. Then the matter of infertility in women occurs.

Question: If an infertility problem occurs in women then what quite a treatment is out there during this case?

Answer: during this case, i will be able to say, each person's problem is different. And its treatment method is additionally different. So first you've got to understand what's causing this problem and you've got to treat it accordingly.

Question: Is "Test Tube Baby" possible within the context of Bangladesh?

Answer: "Test Tube Baby" is feasible in Bangladesh. But during this case, i might say, the govt should formulate a policy. this is often a really sensitive issue. Policies got to be imposed on the standard of the tube baby center and therefore the trained doctors. It should even be monitored whether it's being handled properly by experienced people.
